Vigilant Information

In between writing the adventures of the Crew on the Vigilant, I wanted to show you my visions of Deck 2 of this small ship.

Deck 2:

These are the Quarters for each member of the Crew; ten rooms total with for each of the crew. Being such a small ship each member has the same setup and size regardless of his or her's rank. The bed is against the wall to maximize space with storage drawers underneath followed by a computer terminal with a stool to sit on along with a window showing a view of space. Next is a small closet for uniforms with more drawers underneath for additional clothing and personal attire. Also each room has a small replicator for snacks and beverages. The area is rounded out with a comfortable chair for relaxing.

In between every two rooms are bathroom facilities with a sonic shower, two sinks, a place to hang uniforms for dressing, and of course a toilet. Each person in the two bedrooms take care of the sanitation for their own bathroom.

The Crew's Mess Hall has ample seating with a bench across the one wall to save space along with a built in PaDD at each place at the table. The left wall has multiple replicators to serve all the Crew at once if needed. Also over the bench seating is an information screen for the ship as a whole with any department able to access specific data at any time.

This is the mission storage area containing anything from extra torpedos to extra replicator material for extended missions and everything else in between. It also possesses an overhead lifting arm to aid in moving anything heavy. By the door is a readout screen giving a constant update on the amounts stored on any given item.

Lastly resides a small Sick Bay with two beds. The Medical portion is manned by the Ship's Emergency Medical Hologram (EMH) which is enabled on command. The EMH may also materialize anywhere else needed on the Ship. Also a Medical Replicator is included required for special medicines to medial devices.
